Kim John
Kim John has been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for 15 years. Yoga and Meditation for 42 years. Learning from Grand Master’s and Guru’s around the world she continues her studies to this day. Sharing these healing ancient arts is Kim’s passion. She is so delighted to be teaching in the beautiful Navan community at the Align Holistic Studio, spreading abundant health and happiness along the way.

Description
Chi Gong, involves gentle, flowing movements with breath, helping improve mobility, posture, balance, and strength. It's active movements help optimize and maintain positive chi within the energetic body. Chi gong improves one's health and well-being physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Along with practicing healing Chi Gong excercises, you will have the pleasure of tapping areas of the body that encourage chi flow within the organs, and meridians (multiple pathways within the body).
The end of class will be dedicate to a short seated/lying meditation.
With Sifu Kim’s healing teachings you will leave class feeling renewed, replenished, restored and most of all in the Zen zone.
