Kim John has been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for 15 years. Yoga and Meditation for 42 years. Learning from Grand Master’s and Guru’s around the world she continues her studies to this day. Sharing these healing ancient arts is Kim’s passion. Description

Join us for this gentle yoga class that begins with seated and floor poses, moving into sun-salutaion followed with a balancing pose, continuing through a series of flowing and static poses, ending with more floor poses and finishing with a 5 minute meditative Shavasana.
In this class you will also have the pleasure exploring mindful breathing techniques, pranayamas, repeating affirmations, mantras, and hand mudras.
All of this to help improve one's mobility, flexibility, balance and motor skills.
At the end of Shavasana you will experience a deep sense of joy, harmony and balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually 💗
