Kim John has been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for 15 years. Yoga and Meditation for 42 years. Learning from Grand Master’s and Guru’s around the world she continues her studies to this day. Sharing these healing ancient arts is Kim’s passion. Description

Meditation is a healing practice on every level, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It gives us a deep purpose and sense of happiness and gratitude.
Meditation is an accumulative practice, the more you practice the easier it is to be in the present moment while maintaining a calm, and peaceful mind.
In this class, we will learn different meditation techniques, breathing techniques, and hand mudras.
With the meditation tools that you will learn, you can apply them into your everyday life.
Meditation is not only practiced by spiritual beings but has evolved over the years in medical science, and sports psychology.
All are welcome! Come and enjoy some very special meditation time together, in the lovely Align Holistic Studio.
