Join us for this gentle yoga class that begins with seated and floor poses, moving into sun-salutaion followed with a balancing pose, continuing through a series of flowing and static poses, ending with more floor poses and finishing with a 5 minute meditative Shavasana.
In this class you will also have the pleasure exploring mindful breathing techniques, pranayamas, repeating affirmations, mantras, and hand mudras.
