50 minute Small group strength Curcuit training.
5 minute warm up
40 minute full body strength training. Exercises will be demonstrated as you go, with small groups of people alternating exercises at each station. You will have help and guidance. No experience required.
5 minute finisher- active full length muscle movement for blood flow and recovery
