Metta Meditation: Loving Kindness

This meditation has a focus on the energy of love and compassion around the heart. We cultivate that energy, and send it out to others. It is good for beginners because it is a bit more guided - not as good if your preference is a very silent meditation. Give it a try and let me know if you feel a little more loved, and loving as a result
