Strengthening Feet -Ankles

A class that is focused on your feet and ankles. Warm-up with gentle exercises for the ankle joint, and an awareness on the calve and shin muscles as well. Experience poses we do often in yoga, with a new awareness as we anchor into the feet. A very grounding practice: whenever we move our attention into the lower body, we will experience a quieter mind and generally feel more grounded.
