A strengthening class for your low back - a strong low back, is crucial for keeping the back healthy and pain free. This class is intended to keep the low back healthy and strong, and not intended to heal existing chronic low back pain. Please practice poses with awareness and skip any movements that do not feel good for you. We will be on hands and knees for some of the class, a chair variation is shown if that doesn't work for you.
