Upper Chest & Throat

A gentle morning practice that will energize the body. There is an emphasis on opening the upper chest and bringing energy and awareness into the the throat. Using a strap for some should/upper chest work, and yoga blocks for a restorative fish pose. We introduce Jalandara Bandha, one of the energy locks in the body, at the throat.
