Feeling a little zapped!? This is a warming/grounding class, that will help you feel re-charged. We work with some breathing at the navel center, and building a little heat in the belly (not advised when pregnant). There is a time and space in the practice to help you connect with your inner wisdom. Meditation at the start will help you: release negative tendencies and bring in all that is you.
