Full Body - Strengthening

A strengthening class for the whole body. Poses working the upper body, glutes, and core! The breathing practice is a bit energizing, this class would be best in the morning, or early afternoon. The strengthening work can be practiced with awareness, and at your own pace. When working with the upper body/shoulders, only lift as high as your range of motion allows, and take breaks as needed.
This class is best for people who do not have a shoulder injury.
