A balanced class that is a rest sandwich...poses are lying down, gentle to start, and then standing/active with energizing breath, and end with a few restorative poses. The class will have a balancing effect for your nervous system.
A pranayama practice at the end that is slightly energizing. A good practice for increasing focus and awareness, as well as reducing fatigue.
