A balanced class that has time for reflection on non-attachment (aparigraha), and plenty of strengthening movement for the glutes! We start out gentle with a balanced breath, and move through a series of glute strengtheners. I show chair adaptations for all of the hands and knees poses, and also for the standing balance poses.
