Yoga & Pilates: Full Body (10/31/23)

An energizing and strengthening class that includes yoga and pilates. The poses are a bit more strengthening for the lower body - but we are certainly touching in on the core, and upper body as well.
I would label this class a bit more challenging than some of my other offerings. Providing a balance challenge option in our standing poses - intensity can be modified by keeping your back heel down for this work (explained in the video).
