Slow and Strong: Laterals (11/21/23)

Laterals are side bends, or side body openers - this practice is sprinkled with a few of them. Overall a strengthening practice with quite a few standing poses, but there's time for integration and reflection between asanas. Movement and breath flow smoothly, subtly, helping us lengthen our inhales and complete our exhales.
