Happy New Year! The first class of the new year offers a bit of strengthening for the low back and legs. We start with the Apana Vayu Mudra for the heart, and work in a little heart awareness in the asanas too.
The energetic effect of this class is slightly energizing, but really a bit more grounded and balanced overall- so it could be used any time of day.
