A class to boost your energy, and leave you feeling a little lighter.
Sparsa mudra starts the practice, this mudra uses the breath to energize and open up the upper lobes of the lungs.
We move through a few seated poses, and then some sun salutation variations to get our energy moving. This class moves a bit faster than some of my other options, but is still very do-able, move at your own pace and take breaks as needed.
