Lila: Divine Play (6/4/24)

This class is a version of the class I taught to test out of my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training. The class brings the Sanskrit word 'Lila' into the practice. Lila means divine play, and this sequence invites you to explore your relationship with divine play, creativity, and joy! The class is a bit heating, so there is a cooling relaxation/meditation focusing on the water element to bring us into balance in the end.
The class is a bit energizing overall, more appropriate in the a.m., than the evening.
