This class starts out with a "Sama Vritti" breathing practice to help you find inner balance, and ease. We move into some asanas (postures) that have a focus on bone building through strength and balance - hugging the muscles into the bone. A balanced class overall, it is most suited to daytime use because the breathing practice is slightly energizing.
