Yoga for the knees!? Well sort, of - this class will help you learn how to keep the knees safe in your yoga practice, supporting healthy knees. Starting with gentle joint movements, and stretch for the muscles supporting the knee joint - Warrior 2 and 3, and a few for strengthening too. A bit more stretch than strengthen - but a good balance for the knees!
