Low Back - Yoga Practice

A class for the low back - intended to keep the low back healthy, flexible, and strong. A bit of a focus on the kidneys as well, activating the energy and massaging them to help release any tension here, as they are sometimes associated with low back pain. We start out lying down and move through gentle standing poses as well. The breath focus is calming and soothing. Always check with your medical professional to see if yoga is safe if you are experiencing an injury or issue.
