A gentle class for the neck and shoulders. We spend the first 30 minutes lying down, you could do this first half as a stand alone practice as well. Note: If you are having neck issues/injuries, please check with your medical team before practicing yoga, as it is good for the health of your neck and shoulders, but may not safe for certain injuries.
