Breath: Calming Waves

In this practice, we focus on the breath - using a slow, subtle breath ratio to help calm the mind and the nervous system. The asanas (poses) chosen will leave you feeling a bit more grounded, reducing vata (air and ether). Several minutes of breath work at the start of class, and sprinkled in throughout the class.
