Yoga for Meditation - Active/Morning

An active morning yoga class to help you meditate, that includes meditation. We begin talking about the Yoga Sutras, and specifically sutra 1:32, you can remove obstacles through one-pointed focus. The poses are active and aimed at extending the spine & opening the ribs and hips. We end with a Nyasa meditation, which counts the breaths, one of my favorite ways to meditate.
