Working with poses to gently open the heart, and draw prana to it (the heart is said to be like a magnet for prana). A nice long warm up, we do a few standing poses to move energy, and get the blood flowing, followed by about 20 minutes of restorative/relaxation at the end. A very balanced class - I hope it will leave you feeling more calm, and grounded.
