This practice is intended to be used in winter - but could be used anytime, for strengthening the legs and kidneys. Chinese medicine says that we need to keep the legs warm in the winter, cold legs can drain your vitality & energy leading to health problems in the spring. Using the kidney meridian to open up that pathway and promote energy flow, for the kidneys. A nice long savasana at the end.
