Pelvis Reset & Sacrum

Reset the pelvis in the opening minutes of this class, the first half is all supine (lying down). A focus on strengthening and stabilizing the pelvis/sacrum.
If you have SI issues this practice may help (Esp. pelvis reset at the beginning) - note that poses with assymetry (parsvotanasana (pyramid) is one in this class - one leg forward, and one leg back poses), can aggravate SI issues. Skip any sections/poses that do not suit you today. Your body is your barometer - listen & honor messages of pain as intuitive signals to do less, or do something different.
