Psoas: Wake it up & Stretch

Working with the Psoas! The Psoas is a large muscle that runs from the Lumbar spine, across the front of the pelvis/hip, and lands on the femur. We wake it up with a little activation, and then stretch it out. A class that uses a balanced breath and a balanced blend of asanas. The first 30 minutes is all on the mat, and then a few standing poses before relaxation.
