This is a morning class with some big poses to help you stretch and strengthen a bit too. We are moving the spine, and opening the hips. This class is geared toward a winter's day - with some warming energy, as well as a bit of grounding. Overall a balanced practice, it is a bit energizing and a great way to start the day.
