This is a health and healing class to strengthen the sacrum/lower back. Gentle movements with awareness to strengthen the muscles around the sacrum. The class is done entirely lying down on your back, just a bit on hands and knees, we end in a legs up the chair pose (have a chair or ottoman ready).
