A class for finding balance in the Mind & Body. The breathing technique we use is sama vritti which means same length inhale---same length exhale, this helps to establish a balanced mind. Many poses to help us practice balance in the body are offered as well. A grounding class that will help you warm up and feel energized too - creating a balanced overall effect for your energy too! Practice this class anytime of day.
