Physical and emotional balance is explored in this class. Finding actual balance in a pose - but also noticing the balance between strengthening and softening (letting energy flow) in our practice. Seasonal transitions are an important time to focus on maintaining balance, adjusting and shifting to achieve balance - by listening to the body. Gentle, modifications are offered.
