Second Chakra: Grounding/Calming

Starting our practice lying down, we connect with the energy of the second chakra, water element in this class. The practice is calming and grounding, with a little awareness on the first chakra, or root as well. We start out slow, move through a few standing poses, and then end with slow & mindful. Closing meditation to connect with a supportive healing presence and draw that energy into the second chakra.
