Restore: Shoulders & Hips

A slow-flow restorative practice with a few longer holds and an emphasis on a calming ratio breath. We never leave the mat for this practice: seated, hands & knees, and on our back we gently work into the shoulders, and the hips with a few longer holds - a little flow in between. Goal for this class is to feel more calm and peaceful in the end - settling the monkey (or 2 drunken monkeys fighting) mind.
