Gentle Yoga for Self-Care

A gentle yoga class, with the guidance to practice in a way that feels nourishing and nurturing for your body. Making our yoga practice self-care for your mind/body/spirit. The mantra "So-Hum (Ha-mm)" is used to calm vata Dosha, and also connect to universal consciousness/love. An active class (a couple of restorative poses mixed in too), with mantra and breath to help calm the mind.
