A class to challenge, and build resilience in the brain. Seated poses to start (in a chair or on your mat), a few standing poses, with some balance in the mix - and then a nice long relaxation.
Note: You can leave after a short savasana making this a 45-minute class - or stay for the full hour and enjoy a long guided relaxation exercise.
