Focus on boosting our energy by getting it moving gently with qigong inspired movements - inviting energy to flow, and releasing blockages through movement. The asana moves with the breath, slowly, again allowing energy to move and flow through the body. The class concludes with a few restorative poses, and a meditation to help us embrace the fact that "we are already whole," perfectly imperfect - love your imperfections.
