A class to balance vata. Vata is one of the Ayurvedic Doshas, that can make us feel spacey, scattered and anxious when it is out of balance. This class provides a sequence of vata reducing poses, and a breathing practice that is slightly energizing to equalize the effect of the class if you are more Kapha by nature.
There is a relaxation, brahmuri bee pranayama, and a golden egg meditation - for a complete yoga class experience.
Essentially a great class for helping you feel more balanced, and calm. Use it any time of day.
