Asana & Nyasa Mantra Meditation (3/14/24)

This video includes gentle asana (yoga postures) to prepare for meditation. We use a mantra of your choice throughout the class (see options below), and in the meditation. The last 10 minutes of the class is Savasana and meditation. The Nyasa meditation is a way of counting breaths on the hands, and when combined with mantra provides a very nice meditation for beginners, to more more advanced meditators.
