Gratitude Practice w/Pelvic Reset (5/21/24)

This class starts with a meditation to bring in gratitude, along with other challenging feelings- and find peace within ourselves in the light of gratitude and challenges. We move through a pelvic reset practice that can be helpful for the sacrum, hips, and SI. There are some standing poses to move energy and stretch.
A well-balanced class that could be used day or night.
