Solstice Class - Emotional Release (6/17/25)

This class begins with a meditation using heavy emotions and gratitude - finding equanimity and balance in the face of difficult emotions. Moving through a few kundalini and qigong inspired movements to release emotions, using the breath. Settle in for a closing meditation to soak up the rays of the solstice sun.
