Yin Yoga is a practice that allows us to be still, relax the muscles, and stretch the fascia of the body. It is also a practice that puts a bit of a healthy strain on the joints, and can help to cleanse the joint as a result. This class puts a healthy strain on the knee, feelings of strech, or compression ar okay - no burning, tingling, or pain should be felt. Listen to you body and skip any poses that are not right for you.
We do a few standing energy flow practices following the yin sequence.
