Find Calm - Reduce Vata

In this class we are working with settling the wind or air element in the body, which is often out of balance when we are feeling stressed. A combination of movement and breath allows the wind to move, and guides us gently toward stillness. We take a couple of restorative poses to calm the tissues and settle the air element. A great practice when you know you need to relax and wind down, but are having a hard time doing so.
