A class working with prana vayu, a sub-dohsa of vata - - - if that all sounds like another language, let me just tell you - you will feel more calm and grounded as a result of this class! We end with a relaxation and a few minutes of mudra meditation. A nice balance of relaxed, and standing poses - overall relaxing - but pretty balanced and should give you a bit more energy if you need it.
