This practice is to help release the summer/pitta heat from the body and feel more cool and calm in mind and body. This class moves a little faster than some, Pitta likes a challenge, so there is a bit of challenge here. We practice quite a few seated poses which can be tougher for some - so this class may not be appropriate for everyone. Practice at your pace, and allow time for softness and surrender!
