This is an energizing practice for spring - helping to increase your vibration and slough off the winter blah! We use some warriors poses with a 1:1 breath technique to build brahmana. Weaving Sutra 1.33 into our practice remind us that yoga can help us cultivate a sweet mind. We can have a sweet, uplifted outlook by using the tools of happiness, compassion, delight, and indifference.
