Digesting & Assimilating: Samana Vayu (4/23/26)

This is a subtle practice to help bring energy and balance to Samana Vayu, a sub-dosha of vata dosha. This essetinally means that this practice can help you increase and enchange you ability to digest and assimilate your life emotionally and physically.
We do this through breathwork (sama vritti with a focus on the middle breath), mudra, asana, and meditation. The poses today are gentle, there are no standing poses. A few on hands and kness, and then we are lying down for a few too. We end with restorative yoga, and meditation.
Hoping this class will leave you feeling more centered, balanced, and calm.
