Strong and radical. Infused with ancient yogic wisdom adapted for today, it encourages personal exploration and leads to clarity and true self-confidence. Expect traditional and experimental music, foundational yoga poses and words that go straight to the heart.

For now, all classes will be open level. The teachers adapt the difficulty of the classes based on the students and offer options for everyone, regardless of their experience with yoga (if you are a beginner, please do not panic, we promise you'll be fine).

Taught primarily in English, possibly Romanian, message us in advance in case of any requests.
