Restore & replenish. Yin is a non-dynamic practice that feels like a real big warm hug. Train the mind to not be restless, release tension in the body, get a deep stretch, and experience an emotional reset.

Deeply relaxing, inner-inquiring and profound, Yin yoga combines principles from TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Eastern philosophy, and Western psychology. Poses are held for longer (3-5 minutes), with a rebound pose (lying down) after each pose.


Yin is the other side of a life in Yang. Today’s society makes it so that we always live on the surface, always rushing, rarely taking the time to access the inner worlds within ourselves. During yin, everything stops, and we get to listen to the body and the mind, re-connect with ourselves, and find out what we need.

This is a non-dynamic, relaxing class. Suitable for all levels.

Taught in Romanian, or in English (if there is any practitioner that does not speak Romanian).
