Description

A practice many of us need more than we think - rest the mind and the body to... restore and renew. This class is mainly about holding passive poses for longer, with the use of props such as bolsters and blocks, but you can also expect gentle movements, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. Your fascia will be gently but effectively stretched, your breath elongated and your mind calmed. Great addition to our dynamic, vinyasa-based classes - think of this as a way to counterbalance the impact of the busy lives we often lead.

No worries if you don't have a bolster and bricks at home. For props, get creative - just pick up a couple pillows of different sizes, a blanket to roll up or fold (instead of a bolster), and maybe even some books (instead of bricks).

Once you're registered for an online class, you'll receive the Zoom link via email 30 minutes before the class, and you'll also have access to it from momoyoga.
